Coloring & Conference

We all know what I do during conference, but what does Lilly do? If she wasn't sleeping, she was stealing daddy's chair, or coloring at her lap table....rather, coloring ON her lap table, windows, and furniture. Thank goodness for Magic Erasers. 

Conference was great. I always notice that there's a central theme about all the talks. One year it was overcoming trials (I grasped at the hope that they were helping me through my depression). One year it was about starting eternal families (I was newly pregnant). And I noticed this year that there was a lot of talk about repentance and avoiding temptations. A little nudge from the Lord that we all need to be doing a little better, I guess. My favorite part of conference wasn't a talk. President Packer was speaking (I'm actually related to him), and, without any word from Ryan or I, Lilly points to the TV and says "GRANDPA!". If she only knew....
