August is a month of birthdays in the Goodrich family. The 9th is Ryan's twin sibling's birthday, and the 23rd is his birthday. Ryan's brother, Colton, was flying in from Texas, so we decided to have a party for all three of them one weekend. It was Ryan's 30th, so I wanted to make a big deal out of it. And it had to be nerdy. I think it went pretty well.

Erin and I got the kids together for Colton's present. He lives in Houston and misses the kids, so we figured a sentimental gift was best. We framed the one with Lilly's big, silly smile.
