Since tomorrow begins a few days of chaos for our little family, I decided to blog about this last week, before a pile of blog posts starts to stack..
On Saturday, we had Christian over for pizza, a movie, and a game. From the second he stepped foot inside our house, to the second Lilly went to bed, all we heard out of Lilly was "Hi, Christian!" "Come on, Christian" (as she would prompt him to follow her into her room so they could play with her toys), and "where are you, Christian?" (as she would slightly panic any time he went out of view). It was adorable how much she absolutely adored him.
Christian brought the pizza, and totally won me over with this gem. Oreo dessert pizza!!
He got Lilly her own personal pizza.
Chatting his ear off all through dinner
Everybody took turns wearing the bucket hat
Then, since it was the first of the month, Lilly helped me clean the sheets and remake the bed. Mostly she's just my fluffiness tester, and likes to pretend to sleep on the floor.
We've had ourselves a bit of a cuddly, over-dramatic girl lately. She spent a good part of this evening snuggling me while I sang to her.
She snuggled up on me right before I was supposed to leave for the gym, and I had the hardest time making her get up
Lilly's been getting up earlier and earlier every morning (joy!), so Ryan got her up before he left for work. She kept asking if she could go to work with daddy, begging to put on her coat and shoes, so Ryan obliged.
And who doesn't love watching TV while wearing sunglasses?
