New Tricks

As I've said before, my little sponge is learning so quickly. The other day, I wanted to finally try and teach her something cool. Sure, she can say some things in sign language, but I wanted her to do something better...so I taught her how to fist pound. Like a champ, she picked it up immediately. So, family, any time you see Lilly, feel free to pound her, cuz she's cool like that.

One of my secret, favorite things that Lilly does is something that reassures me that she is definitely my child. I honestly don't know where she picked it up, probably just from watching me, but I love it. Any time I give her a tissue, a wipe, or a towel, she instantly starts cleaning the nearest surface. She loves to clean her high chair tray, which definitely makes clean up a lot easier for me. Ha!
