Anyway, THIS post is about how freakin' much I've been struggling with my new diet. The cravings and temptations are ALWAYS clawing at my brain, but for the most part, I've been able to get through them. But yesterday was just so hard on me. My visiting teachers found out about my surgery, so the first thing they did was run out to buy food for Ryan, since I'm not really cooking. What did they bring? PIZZA! It was so painful for me to just put it in the fridge instead of pigging out like I normally would. Every single time I open the fridge, I just stare at it and wonder how amazing it tastes. Then, when Ryan came home from work yesterday, he walked in with a box of Krispie Kreme donuts! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Temptation isn't just knocking at my door, it's using a battering ram!
This food adjustment has been SOOOO hard. I tried to cheat a few days ago. Ryan gave me a bite of his Hamburger Helper (literally ONE noodle and some sauce) and it had me puking all night. So even if I wanted to sneak a slice of that pizza, I'd pay for it. I'm just getting so dang sick of eating yogurt and cheese. Ugh, I had no idea this would be so hard.

| This is what I see every time I open the fridge. Not just the pizza, but the Koolaid too. |

| And this is what I eat for basically every meal. And I'm only allowed to eat a little over half of it. |
