Pink Presents

I'll be the first to admit that pink is my favorite color, closely followed by brown (yes, I like the color brown!!) I only cried a little when I had to grow up and donate all of my pink bedding and decor when I met Ryan. When we found out that we were having a girl, I was so happy that I could finally start buying pink stuff again. 

Who'da thunk that something so little could make me so happy. I was conducting my daily hour of Pinterest research (yes, it's research!), when I came across something that I HAD to have. To some, it's dumb, but to me, it was a must. My current iPod cable is terrible. I've had it since 2007, some of the wires are split, and it takes all day to charge. I clicked the picture and was delighted when it actually took me to a site where I could buy a pink iPod charging cable. And that's not even the best part! It only cost $1.89!! I briefly clicked into "LET'S BUY 10!" mode, but refrained. Part of me thought that I would get what I paid for, and the thing would be junk, but it's amazing...and pretty! I'm tempted to grab a few more before they sell out, or just to use them as stocking stuffers. I don't want to keep this deal to myself, so here's the link.

Lilly must have daddy wrapped around her finger because she got a big pink present. She's getting really good at standing and holding up her head (ALMOST ready to roll over), so we thought a Bumbo seat would be a fun thing to try out. She wasn't really sure what to think of it at first. Her head is so big, she just kind of tipped forward from the weight of it. Ha! 

It played out like this... "what is this? Ooh, I want to touch it! Okay, this isn't so bad. Now I'm bored. No wait, I'm happy! Oh, hey, I have hands. I'll eat those instead. "
