New Additions

I was tempted to name this post "Necessary Additions," as Ryan will tell you they are. Anyone that knows Ryan, knows that the size of his TV & computer monitors are most important. Usually several times a day, I am bombarded with text or emails about the latest and "greatest" deals on electronics; never to exclude the big screen TVs. I'm sorry to say that I gave in. Yes, me, Mrs. Saves-a-lot, let Ryan buy a new toy. We were able to find a 50" LG Plasma for less than $500. Pretty good in my book! But of course, the day after we ordered it, Ryan emails me about a 65" for "only $100 more!!". I personally don't think the TV lust will ever end for him. It arrived while I was in Seattle. I assumed it was quickly assembled and placed in its new spot on the TV stand. Nope. Ryan later informed me that he had it hooked up in the bedroom as his computer monitor. Now guess what size he wants his next monitor to be?

In addition to the new TV, Ryan was finally able to set up the projector and its ceiling mount. I dreaded talking about the subject because my mind would start to wander in all sorts of terrible directions: I kept imagining the projector falling out of the ceiling and killing me. I've since been reassured that it's very sturdy, and just in case, it's been put onto Ryan's side of the bed. Death by projector!

The OCD in me is trying to figure out a way to hide those ugly cords.
