Around 6, I plopped onto the bed and instantly fell asleep. I woke up briefly to find that my adorable husband had covered me with a blankie. I thought he was sweet until an hour into a wonderful nap, he wakes me up and tells me that I have to workout. Hmmf! It took some convincing to get me to wake up. When I say "convincing," I mean tickling. I wore myself out with all of my cleaning today, and for some reason, my body just did NOT want to workout. But I did, and I'm glad that I did. And I'm also very proud of Ryan because for the past few days, he, too, has been working out. His first time on the elliptical was very similar to mine. He's building up endurance and I'm happy to see him committing himself. Yay for getting fit!!
Ryan took this picture after he woke me up because he thought my disheveled hair looked funny. I was still in my post-nap stupor.
This picture is from Sunday. I asked Ryan to help me make the bed. Usually I lay down to tuck the sheet in against the wall and on occasion will lay there, contemplating falling back asleep. He was so helpful! He covered me with all the blankets and pillows, and said "Okay, I helped!"
