If you read my last post, you know that I was a naughty girl and had Bajio today. I decided to kill two birds with one stone, and not only work out extra for the fast food, but push myself to reach a higher time. When I started working out on my elliptical a few weeks ago, my first time on I was only able to make it 10 or so minutes before I wanted to die. This, to me, was quite embarrassing. Going back to one year ago, when I would go to the gym to workout, I could pull 45-60 minutes on the elliptical and feel just fine. Each time I've been on since my first time, I've tried to push myself to do more time. 10 went to 15 to 20 to 25 to 30, etc, and today I did 40!! I know it's probably stupid to most, but I'm certainly proud of myself. I've noticed a lot of my annoying "fat" issues disappearing; things like running out of breath from just walking, not being able to bend over to tie my shoes (thereby making Ryan do it, haha!), and having to fight the seat belt to get it to buckle. It feels good to know that I'm working towards the "old" Natalie, not just mentally, but physically as well. This time around, my weight loss isn't to look good. I've already found an amazing man that loves me for my curves. This time it's for me. I need to feel healthy, and you wouldn't believe how great I feel after I've pushed myself through a workout. And I'm proud to report that Ryan no longer has to bribe me with cookies to get me to workout. Haha, I still can't believe how funny that is. I actually get excited to workout at night. My routine is perfect. Ryan sits at his computer and de-stresses by gaming, while I turn on "Tangled" and get lost in the movie.
