Rainbow

I'll be the first to admit that I've loved all the rain we have been getting recently. I was starting to get really sick of the constant heat. Lilly loves it, too, since she gets to experience thunder, jumping in puddles, and this week she experienced her first rainbow. She was so excited that she finally got to see what we always read about in her books. 

This was the fullest, most vibrant rainbow I think I've ever seen

Not only her first rainbow, but her first DOUBLE rainbow

I knew it wouldn't work, but I attempted to make it look like the rainbow was coming out of her hand.

Ryan had just walked out onto the porch and this is her saying "daddy, look, a rainbow!!"

Every time it rains now, she starts singing "I'm singing in the rain!"

And daddy taught her how to do the rain dance
