I got about a month of peace with my Goodrich Scrabble letters. I was surprised that Lilly wasn't at all interested in them, and if she showed a sign of being interested, she was easily deterred when I would say "don't touch!" But recently, it's as if she hears "don't touch" and thinks I'm saying "these are fun blocks for Lilly!" No matter how many times I say it or how mean I say it, she just ignores me now, and I keep finding her playing with the 4 that she can reach. What really annoys me, is how I'll be sitting on the couch or cooking dinner in the kitchen, and I'll hear "don't touch, Yay-Yay" coming from the hall. For some reason, she has to announce that she's playing with something that she knows she's not supposed to. She'll come walking into the room, proud of her stack of blocks, while she arranges them in all different orders. If I'm lucky, she'll be polite enough to attempt to put them back where they go. Oh well, it's all part of being a mom to a very naughty, curious girl.
