I thought about naming this post all sorts of things: "Are you kidding me?", "Moving...AGAIN!", "Can we just get a house already?" I settled for short and to the point. Ryan and I are ridiculous. Here's the story:
Yesterday at work, Ryan won two new computer monitors. Perfect timing,
considering we were discussing getting me my own computer, since all I
do is steal his. He was pretty excited. So where do we put them? The
Tetris queen inside of me starting moving things around in my mind, but
nothing felt right. We recently moved all of Ryan's computer stuff
downstairs, so if we put my computer upstairs, then we would never see
each other. If I put my stuff downstairs, we are on the verge of making
our downstairs explode with clutter. Yes, it bothers me. We chose the
best of the worst and picked the option that didn't make me cringe as
much. Downstairs it is. I now have my very own Ryan-like 3 monitor
setup, right next to Ryan's ridiculously huge monitors. No exaggeration,
every single piece of wall in our downstairs has something up against
it now. There are no more smooth transitions between dining room, living
room, and office. Not knowing what to call it, I'll stick with
"dinlivoffigym" room. I can now eat, watch TV, play on the computer, AND
workout all in one room. Sheesh! So, Ryan, here's my proposal. Can we
just buy a house now? On the bright side (I'm trying to stay positive
here!), our bedroom now functions as ONLY a bedroom. It, too, used to be
part office and nursery. I can actually get to my side of the closet,
and now the dresser is nicely centered on the wall....too bad I don't
get to see my bed all that often anymore.

I knew I was obsessed with blogging, but I didn't think I'd get to this point...

I feel like I should just start posting a "baby-a-day" picture. Today's picture brought to you by SPONGEBOB! I bought these socks as a gag gift for Ryan, and gave them to him at my last baby shower. He hates Spongebob...so, naturally, I had to rub it in his face that, whether he likes it or not, Lilly WILL be my Spongebob buddy!
