Once I was finally able to stop crying long enough, we had a company meeting so that my mom could make her big job announcement. After 4+ years as manager, holding, quite honestly the world's WORST job, she's stepping down as manager, and taking a position that allows her to work at home. FREEDOM! Everyone in the meeting was crying and upset, but if only they knew how badly this job was affecting my poor mom. She'll still be working at the company, she just won't Mrs. Send-all-your-problems-and-angry-customers-to lady. Good for her! Suffice it to say, my crying didn't cease for long. I think I'm going to call it a night early. My eyes are puffy and sore, my head is pounding, and my feet are swelling. It would appear as if my blood pressure is high. Nighty-night...round two tomorrow.
