First Christmas

This will be mine and Ryan's first Christmas as an old married couple. This weekend we ran to Walmart for cat food and got pulled in by the Christmas section. We have been discussing getting a tree, but were worried that the kittens would either eat it, climb in it, tip it over...all that jazz. We gave in and got a tree anyway. As if it was meant to be, my mom stopped by tonight and gave us a $100 gift card to Hobby Lobby so that we could buy our first set of Christmas decorations for the tree and house. How sweet is that? So tomorrow we shall go and get some fun stuff for the holidays. This kind of forces Ryan to take down his "Bah Humbug" facade. He's not much into decorating or celebrating Christmas until the week of. I'll get him to change though. Until then, he has to continue to tell me to shut up every time I break out into random Christmas song singing.
