They're Back!

I had a hard time sleeping last night because I kept thinking about where my babies were. The pickup time was 9:00, so I made sure I was there right on the dot. I was SO happy to see them! The kittens I saw were not what I had imagined I'd see. I figured I'd see two knocked-out, sleepy kittens with bandages on their arms. Instead, I was handed two kittens who were wide awake and ready to get home. They seem to be doing really well. We have to keep them locked up in our second bedroom so that they can't jump around or climb up stairs....they definitely hate that. I'm just relieved that they're home and okay. :D

Their cute tummies were shaved. :P

I thought they'd at least wrap up their paws. They didn't, and I must admit, the dried blood makes me sad.

Willow's paws apparently aren't bothering her. She was frisky enough to attack Ryan's hand.

After the last time that Junie got Giardia, we decided that we needed to filter their water. This thing is so cool! It's like a snow globe that circulates the water down the round globe and into the bowl. Junie is the only one out of the two that's brave enough to lick the running water right off the top. :P
