The name of this post could also be known as: "What is that?" or "Delicious!" Not to be confused with "figure friendly," or anything crazy like that. I had a craving tonight, so I went with it. This is a recipe that Ryan's mom gave us. I don't do it the way she does because I can't ever do it right, but it still tastes just as delicious. Basically it's hashbrowns, bacon, and eggs all in one pot. Simple. Yummy. All of the above. I top it off with a little hot sauce, maybe some ketchup. Hmm, I guess this post could also be called "Heart Burn." I've been craving potatoes and eggs...okay fine AND bacon, so I caved into them tonight. I even got a shower for Junie out of it. She keeps jumping on me to get some, so I have to keep spraying her with the spray bottle. At this point she just thinks the spray bottle is fun and doesn't care that she's soaking wet. That plan backfired! Anyway, I'll be munching away while I wait for my sweet hubby to get home from school.
P.S. Do you love my pink pot? My mom got them for me when I got my own apartment last year. We decided this set should be the one that we trash first, and our really nice Emeril set is in the storage unit. :P LOVE PINK!
