Haircut

Before I start my story about today's events, I wanted to touch on something. It's been bugging me for some time. I would like to apologize if my excessive posting is becoming somewhat annoying to anyone. I find joy in telling stories about our life and getting to journal a bit. With my depression as it is, I find that my blog is a good outlet for me. I hope that you all can understand that I'm not trying to annoy, I'm just trying to get out some of my pent up anxiety. It really does make me feel better to blog. .... On another note, I lost 5 pounds this week!! And that's with 2 lunch dates in the mix! Go me!!

Okay, on to today's fun. My mother-in-law Jan has been teaching me how to cut Ryan's hair. He's never once in his life gone to a salon. Jan has cut all three of her boys' hair since they were born and I can't think of anyone else that's better to teach me. She let me do it all by myself today! I'm proud to report that this time I didn't leave any short, bald patches on the side of his head. Phew! I happen to think he looks quite handsome. This cutting hair thing is fun!!
