1 tube of Pillsbury crescent rolls
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. ketchup
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp vinegar
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Mix the cooked hamburger, ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, and chili powder into a bowl. Usually there are 8 rolls in one tube of crescents. Take each crescent portion and roll it up into a ball. Use a rolling pin to roll it into a small pizza dough-looking circle.
Lay the dough into a muffin tin, so that it goes up to the edge.
Put a spoonful of the meat mixture in and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees for 18-20 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown.
I promise these are so good! We usually eat them as the entree, but I'm sure they'd go really well as a side dish. Enjoy!
P.S. I'd love to hear any feedback from anyone that tries these.
