Cruisin'!

Okay, while I know you'd all like a detail filled description of the cruise, too bad. I don't have the energy. Instead, I'll sum it up in a few of my highlight moments. I'll start by saying that it was so incredibly amazing. I am so blessed that I had the opportunity to sail away for 7 days and enjoy vacation with the love of my life.

Okay. Highlight moment #1. REUNITING:

Counting down to the second that I was to finally be reunited with Ryan was about to kill me. My flight got in early, his was late, and we were in different terminals. The odds were against us! But when I finally saw him walking towards me, my heart started pounding, and I felt like I was meeting him for the first time. The adrenaline that pumped through me reminded me of our first date.

Highlight #2 NOTRE DAME JERSEYS
Ryan and I like to play Scrabble. On top of that, we like to play for prizes. Well, I won our Scrabble game before the cruise and my prize was a "cruise surprise." Ryan went above and beyond in my cruise surprise. He made us matching Notre Dame jerseys that say "Goodrich" on the back. The number on the front is 08, for January 8th, our wedding date. LOVE HIM!!




Highlight #3 GAMBLING
Okay, I'm not a gambler, but one night Ryan and I were bored. We decided to go and mess with the penny slots in the casino. We put in $10 and walked away with $50! Go us!! We've decided not to push our luck and agreed to never gamble again.


Highlight #4 ROOMSERVICE
We decided to forgo the buffet line and opted for room service. How can you go wrong with free room service? My mom picked the perfect time to walk in on us. She opened to door to find us munching away on everything on the menu. She was a fan of room service after I let her try a bite of my chocolate cake.


Highlight #5 RYAN TIME!
My favorite part of the cruise was the unlimited amount of Ryan time. We are like two peas in a pod and enjoyed ever second of goofing around. There were a few nights that we went and had a bunch of "professional" pictures taken. We had a few of him proposing, and a couple of us in our jerseys.
