Natalie & Ryan: 4th of July

Our 4th of July was busy, busy, but lots of fun! This was the first year that we made a point of seeing fireworks with Lilly. After a morning at the church, riding trains and playing with Thomas, an afternoon of helping mommy and daddy pack, and a BBQ with grandma and grandpa, we stayed up until 11, enjoying our front row seats to the Thanksgiving Point fireworks. There was a 50/50 chance Lilly was going to either love it or hate it. She instantly loved the loud bang and the flash of color. Every firework was followed by "whoooooa!" and a HUGE smile. Poor girl was so exhausted!

One of our ward members made a legit train, and spent over an hour giving all the kids a ride. We FINALLY convinced Lilly to ride, but only if daddy would hold her hand. I don't think she liked it too much...
